OTOM proudly introduces our new Executive Chef, Thomas Elliot Bowman, and his seasonal tasting menu.

Every Tuesday beginning at 5pm. Chef Bowman will present a three course tasting menu for $25, using fresh market ingredients combined with his unique style.

Every Wednesday beginning at 5pm. Mixologist Mario Catayong will be shaking up $5 cocktails for your enjoyment. OTOM will feature some of Alexander’s most creative cocktails as well as “Dealer’s Choice.” Choose a spirit and Alex will create a cocktail especially for you.
