Special Valentines Day Menu:

Saturday we will be serving Chef Thomas Elliot Bowman’s special tasting menu as well as a la carte service.

Sunday we will only be serving Chef Thomas Elliot Bowman’s special tasting menu, 5 courses for $75 with wine pairings for $30. We are more than happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions, please let us know when making your reservation.

1. Heart of palm and lotus bulb salad - yuzu

2. Crawfish Bisque - brioche and timbale

3. Halibut papillote - banana leaves, sticky rice and fume

4. Beef Wellington Napoleon - compressed puff, shitake, beet, flowering kale & Bearnaise

5. Chocolate Souffle - rose anglaise, blood orange sherbert

Every Wednesday beginning at 5pm. Mixologist Mario Catayong will be shaking up $5 cocktails for your enjoyment. OTOM will feature some of Mario’s most creative cocktails as well as “Dealer’s Choice.” Choose a spirit and Mario will create a cocktail especially for you.

OTOM proudly introduces our new Executive Chef, Thomas Elliot Bowman, and his seasonal tasting menu. Every Tuesday beginning at 5pm. Chef Bowman will present a three course tasting menu for $25, using fresh market ingredients combined with his unique style.
